RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are applicable:
Refunds are eligible in the following cases:
(a) Order Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before it has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
(b) Return Requests:
We offer a 5-day return window from the date of delivery. You can request a return within this period if the item received is damaged, defective, or not as expected.
(c) Failed Delivery Cases:
Refunds will also be initiated in the following scenarios:
- Customer refuses to accept the delivery
- Customer is unavailable during the delivery attempts made by our logistics partner
- Address provided is incorrect or unreachable
For return requests under point (b), refunds will be processed after we receive the returned product from our logistics partner.
Refund Process
Refunds will be made using the original mode of payment used at the time of placing the order:
- Credit/debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card within 8–9 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Net banking transactions, the refund will be processed to the same bank account within 8–9 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
Important Note
In case of any issues or concerns related to your delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the product. Requests raised beyond this period may not be eligible for investigation or resolution.
